My Super-Overactive Imagination is a comedy web series, created by Cat Rhinehart, and written and produced by Cat Rhinehart and Maria Shehata.

Cat Rhinehart: is a Los Angeles-based writer, filmmaker, and comedian. 

Currently, Cat works as the producer of Ralphie May and Lahna Turner's Perfect 10 Podcast, as creator and writer of the award-winning web series, My Super-Overactive Imagination, and co-host of a weekly standup comedy show, The Aftermath, Tuesday nights at The Lexington in downtown LA.

Cat can be seen performing standup regularly across the city, weekly on her web series, and heard on the Perfect 10 Podcast. #stalkable

Cat received the Devery Freeman Prize in Screenwriting for her feature script, "The Blue Lady," a Brooklyn College scholarship award for distinguished writing.  She received her BA in Film Production from Brooklyn College before making the move to LA and is done writing about herself in this section now. Maria Shehata: is an Egyptian-American comedian, born and raised in Columbus, Ohio.

Maria’s unlikely blend of mid east and mid west gives her a hilarious and unique point of view that  resonates with audiences all over the world.

Maria is co-writer and producer of the award winning web series My Super-Overactive Imagination. Her stand up has been seen on Comedy Central’s The Watch ListJust Like Us: The Movie, NuVo TV's Stand Up and Deliver, and Showtime’s Bridging the Gap. Maria is featured in The Cradle of Comedy, a documentary following the lives of six Middle Eastern comedians.

Maria has been invited to perform in numerous comedy festivals, such as the New York Underground Comedy Festival, the New York Arab-American Comedy FestivalThe Los Angeles Middle Eastern Comedy Festival, the Big Sky Comedy Competition, and the San Luis Obispo Comedy Festival. With her universal appeal, she has performed all over the United States, as well as throughout the Middle East and Europe.
